At the moment I am just finishing week 1 of capsules 5×2 each day. 10am usually then 7pm after meals. Walking each day is becoming easier with less discomfort. Osteoarthritis in both knee's has slowed down my lifestyle considerably, walking was difficult and used a stick to get around. Nowadays I leave the stick in the car and walking around the shopping centre is so much easier. I'm looking forward to seeing the results after 1 month. And have ordered 2 more bottles in anticipation of good results.

I'm 52. I've suffered for yrs with inflammation in most of my joints. I have osteoarthritis in my hips knees ankles lower back and hands.
