Your order should reach you 2 – 5 days from shipping date within HongKong. We pack and ship your orders within 48 hours once we receive your payment and order, Mon – Friday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.

For orders in Macau, you may pick it up from our service point. We offer pick-up service only in service point. Please contact our CS from website/Facebook/WhatsApp for placing order or any other inquiry.

If you’re shopping for several people at once and want to ship your various items to several addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses.
