6 Spring Cleaning Tips if you Suffer from Joint Pain

Spring is typically the time of year where most of us sweep away the remnants of the cooler and give our homes a really good clean. However for those who suffer from joint pain this is not always an easy feat. 1. Buy longer-handled items
By that, we mean brooms or shovels with longer handles so you don’t have to bend down as much to clean. 2. Only clean one room at a time
